Free Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all natural stone paving, porcelain paving, natural stone walling & cladding, drainage and accessories orders over £600 (exclusions apply).

The free UK delivery does not include any possible optional surcharges like a next-day, named-day or Saturday delivery surcharge.

All composite cladding & decking orders (except for the Slatted Composite Cladding, the Soho Composite Decking and the Premium Composite Fencing range) orders are delivered free of charge within the Essex area.

Delivery charges for composite cladding and decking outside this area are provided upon request or at check-out.

The Slatted Composite Cladding, the Soho Composite Decking and the Premium Composite Fencing range are currently being delivered to England and Wales only at these fees:

The free natural stone paving, porcelain paving, natural stone walling & cladding, drainage and accessories delivery excludes the following postcodes and areas. The standard shipping rates mentioned below also do not apply to these areas. The excluded areas are:

Scottish Highlands (AB, DD, IV1-42, KW1-14, PA20+, PH )
Scottish Islands (HS, KW15-17, IV43-56, ZE)
Isle of Arran, Isle of White, Scilly Islands (KA27-28, PO30-41, TR21-25)
Channel islands & Isle of Man (GY, JE, IM)

If your delivery address is in the excluded areas mentioned above, a member of our helpline team will contact you before processing your order should an additional delivery charge apply. Alternatively, don't hesitate to get in touch with our helpline (or use our online chat facility) for further information.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)!

Your order will currently be despatched within 1-2 working days on a courier booking service. Any exceptions are usually mentioned in the product description. We can also provide the next-day, Saturday or the named-day (Monday-Friday) delivery service if required. These additional charges apply (on top of the standard shipping prices mentioned on this page):

Next-Day Delivery      + £35

Named-Day Delivery + £35

We do not offer the next-day, Saturday or the named-day delivery service for the postcodes mentioned above, for the sample orders  and the composite decking, cladding and fencing orders.

The cut-off time for the next-day delivery is 11.45 am!

The next-day delivery means the goods will be delivered on the next working day ( not on Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday).

Your order will be placed on a delivery booking service, and your local depot will arrange the best day to deliver the goods to you.
You will receive tracking details from us once your order has been dispatched, this will contain your tracking reference and local delivery number.
If you need a more narrowed down time slot, or any further information regarding your delivery, please give them a call. Your driver will also call 1 hour before delivery.

We may be able to arrange a dedicated vehicle for large orders which sometimes reduces the carriage cost.

Shipping charges below do not apply to composite cladding, composite decking and composite fencing orders.

The extra charge for each other tonne (over one tonne) is £75, except for the orders over £600 in total that fall under the free UK delivery rule (exclusions apply).
